Washington Post: Chicago’s Summer 2021 Return
After a trying pandemic year, Chicago is poised for a full return this summer.
The city is celebrating 2021 as the Year of Chicago Music. The highly anticipated Lollapalooza Music Festival will return in late July, as will the classic Grant Park Music Festival. The city will also introduce the Chicago In Tune Festival, a month-long series of free and ticketed concerts.
In addition to musical performances, visiting guests will enjoy stays at several new hotels, including the Pendry Chicago and Sable at Navy Pier. There will also be an abundance of new museums, exhibitions and restaurants to satisfy every cultural and culinary appetite.
