Sierra Magazine: Up Close with Quebec’s Baby Seals

In February 2020, Sierra Magazine contributor Brandon Withrow experienced first-hand the effects of climate change on Quebec’s harp seal population. In his story, Brandon talks about the challenges the harp seal pups face as well as the human population who call the Magdalen Islands home.
